Reku is one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing digital asset investment platforms. As the market matured and user expectations rose, Reku needed a redesigned web presence that communicated trust, explained crypto investing clearly, and simplified the path from curiosity to conversion. Conexa (under Backswitch) was brought in to elevate the experience with a clean, modern, and education-led UX.
CHALLENGE
Reku’s existing website did not fully convey credibility or the ease of using their platform. The content architecture was dense, the visual language lacked coherence, and the conversion journey wasn’t optimised for new investors still learning about digital assets.
Clear, Education-First UX Structure
We re-designed the information architecture to help users quickly understand what Reku offers—whether they’re experienced traders or complete beginners. Core flows such as “Why Reku,” “How to Get Started,” and “Security” were simplified into digestible, guided sections.
Modern Interface for Trust & Transparency
We refreshed the UI with a clean, professional system that communicates safety and reliability. From typographic hierarchy to colour usage, every element was optimised to reinforce trust and make complex financial information feel accessible.
